I used it on a moded 98 LS1 camaro, took it out, and don't have the car anymore. Works perfectly fine. I was told by the previous owner it is stage two chip.

I don't see a part number. This chip was installed on my 98 LS1 camaro with mods: mild cam, headers, slp mafs, and intake box. I have no idea what else this is compatible with.
