okay i got 1 bran new slp lids in the box ready to ship. 1 sold


2 sets of 241 heads, mileage unknown but are in perfect shape, no cracks bent valves etc. these heads came off perfectly working motors for head swaps. i would put them on my car if i didnt already have a set .

ill let the lids go for 80 bucks plus shipping each,
and the heads for 150 a set. plus shipping,

how much larger are those heads than factory for the ls1

these are stock ls1 heads for 01-02 camaro's, but would be perfect for some milling and porting, to keep your stock ones just incase, thats what i would do

what kind of job would that be for someone without experience doing so. and would it make gains worth doing it.

well you would have to take them to a machine shop to have it done, i mean you can drop as much money at a set as buying a set of ls6 heads, but if your looking for a few extra horses when doing a cam swap, milling them and porting these would be a cheap alternatve to ls6 heads, you can get these to easily flow 300 cfm at 600 lift, just a matter of how much you wanna invest in them, some people like me like them, they still have the stock casting # but yet create a higher compression ratio and flow better, its best to call the local machine shop to ask how much money it would cost to do that and decide if its worth it to you or not

If I am not happy, I will for sure buy that lid of you if you still have it. I bought one for my 4.3 sonoma and was quite impressed with it. Totally different set up though so I will find out soon enough. thanks
