I can ship to u in tampa for $7.99 and the tuner for 125.00 / but you have to unlocked it, dyno tuner unlocked it or sent it to Diablosport and get it reset. Its locked cause the tuner hold one VIN until you unlocked it, its about 75.00 to unlocked. that why im selling it for 125.00 with USB cable and CD. when new their are still 399.99 which is alot so 125.00 + 75.00 = $200.00 ur saving about 150.00 - 200.00
