I am selling an SLP Custom Tuned Diablosport II Programmer for 99+ LS1 Fbody. The programmer has been returned to stock settings. I am asking $250 for it (I paid $440 for it). Prefer local or nearby pickup. I am located in Southern Maryland.

Yes. Still on the stock 2.73 gears though. Should be upgrading to 3.73s in the near future.

I only ask because i have seen cars with simular setups, although with 3.73s running 11s.

Same here, which is exactly why I chose this set-up. Needless to say I was a little disappointed last weekend. I was hoping to get closer to 12.2 - 12.3s with the 2.73s. However it was very humid when I ran that time. Maybe by the time I get gears it'll be nice and cold out and I'll see an 11 sec pass.

Is that programmer unlocked? The one I have for my truck, once you use it it is Vin lock to that Vin Number even though you returned it to stock. Did they set that programmer up for you, I mean is it a special program for the mods you have? Let me know I may be interested, Thanks

Let me look into this a bit more. I thought that they unlocked when the stock tune was returned to the car. Now that you mention it and after I did a search, I found out that only certain newer versions come unlocked when you do this and older versions stay locked to the vin code. Let me check what version I have and I'll get back to you.

As far as the program goes, it is programmed from SLP to work with there performance pac. It was not specially programmed for my car.

I'll try to let you know something more tonight or sometime tomorrow. I'd hate to sell this thing if it is still locked to my vehicle.

I bought it in May '07 and it was ordered new from SLP through Maryland Speed. I'm still not sure whether or not it will need to be sent in, but I'm looking into it and will hopefully have an answer within the next day. If it is still locked, then I may end up negotiating a lower price if anyone is still interested. Not sure about downloading updates. It didn't come with any cables to plug into computers. I will try to get pics of it up within a couple days. It does come with all the original paperwork and in the original box. However, there was only one little booklet that came with it.

What does the slp performance pac consist of? I'm looking for a tuner, but my firehawk is still kinda stock.

Ok, here's the deal. The program is version 2.02. Since the tune on my car was returned to stock, the programmer should be unlocked and ready to use. According to the Diablosport people, any version 2.0 and higher does not need to be sent in to be unlocked as long as the stock tune was returned to the car. That being said I would still like $250 for it, and still prefer to sell it locally. If I can't find anyone local to buy it then I'll be willing to ship it out. I'll try to get some pics up later tonight.
