Cam and spring set F/S
G2 G5x1 Custom Cam 112 LSA, 228/232 Duration, 588/574 Lift along with 918 comp springs.

no has about 2,000 miles on it at most .... i had it taken out to have a bigger one put in. but there is nothing wrong with this set up

Great, the car that made me want to get this cam was an auto. and it worked for him great. he was pushing over 460 RWHP

how would this work in a daily driver? and are they expensive to install?

The cam would work great for a DD, however if your gonna have a shop do the work, they want between 600-2400 depending on if the shop knows what they are doin, i have had shops tell me they want to drop the motor to get the cam in and the springs in, which isnt needed. Its not that hard to do yourself

Howtols1.com, will show pictures and take you step by step on how to change the springs and cam,timing chain and oil pump. very detailed
Its really 2 jobs, the cam timing chain and oil pump all located at the front of the motor and the springs and pushrods under the vavle covers

Sold it yesterday for 400 and yes it worked great as my DD.
as for an install i paid 650 for a friend that has done many also if your thinking of installing a cam you would need to look into a really good tuner. i wouldnt go with a basic tune or a mail in tune if your looking at getting the best performance.
