Why would you mail this with out a tracking number I clearly asked you 5 times in the emails to provide a tracking number ASAP

Please provide proof of you mailing it today or Ill file charges with PayPal an my bank to get my money back

Are you sure he has and he just hasn't gotten back to you? I would wait a few more days before opening a claim since according to the posts he said he shipped in on Monday, on the 19th which is today. Paypal is going to want you to wait a few more days to give him a chance to respond. That is what they wanted when I filed a claim.

The guy has been a flake from the beginning not responding to emails an avoiding direct questions I've asked in emails

But to many red flags make me nervous

Would you be a lil nervous u have been waiting 10 days and you hadn't received a tracking number and he hadn't responded to every email?

This is an issue between the buyer and seller. The seller needs to make it right and if it was shipped via a method that includes a package tracking number that should be emailed or PM'ed to the buyer. If for any reason it has not been shipped, the seller should inform the buyer immediately and give him the option of a full refund or immediate shipment, as he requests. Everyone else please stay out of this.

I told you before to it will take 7-10 days. cause its will be hard to drive 20 miles when im not working all day. and everyone doesnt go on ls1.com and check every min, people has a shop to run and its hard everything going on.

i even called paypal, and they said the item has already been shipped. and will not be able to refund the money, cause it was dropof monday and, you issued the clam tuesday

I'm sorry for jumping the gun an filing a case with PayPal I will close it ASAP
But you must understand that you didn't even respond well to your personal email address that is the reason why I felt like you were stiffing me
