triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
zx14 vs hayabusa
Before someone mentions something about killing self...
I've been riding bikes for the last 14-15 years... and did plenty of track time with bikes before i even started racing cars.
Just wanted your opinion on which one to get... somedays, I'm thinking hayabusa, some others, thinking zx14.
days I'm thinking zx14:
better confort
better night visibility (lights)
always loved the kawas
slightly quicker/faster (pulling hairs)
days I'm thinking hayabusa:
slightly nimbler
more available mods
In either case, I'd be taking the 2008 model midnight blue (zx14) or the dark blue-ish for the busa.
What you think ???
ThanksEugenio_SS

Put me in your will for the wheel/tire collection you have. I could use a couple more sets.

have to admit that this one looks sweet.
If I would consider a custom one, this model seems acceptable as well as the Boulevard from Suzuki.
But for a custom bike, I'd get a Chopper, probably... go down to NY Orange County and get a fully custom one... but that trip won't be cheap... maybe 1 day.

on nitrous, yes, while weighing 4300lbs and with my BIG skinnies.
Got kicked ot of the track cause i had no parachute and no full cage...
was my 1st run on the present engine and nitrous on pure slicks... oh well.
but who cares... it's only a #... I'm not much into drag anyways... for me drag racing is more of a social event than anything else... and it's cool to have an idea what the car does,

i have also driven both... and can't really agree that the Busa is the king... unless you are purely biased.
In terms of performance, regardless of how you put it, one is splitting hairs.
Actually, i'm thinking on the Busa, cause the blue busa matches perfectly my leather suit... lol... the zx14 doesn't match perfectly, though...

Get the Busa and then turbo it. That's what ghost rider was using for a while, and he ripped on it. I think he ran like an 8:20 on the nurenburgring on it. He used to have his rides on his website but took the pictures down cause the cops were catching on.

not interested in the turbo... if anything, might stroke + cam... but later.
IF i'd want ta bike that wheelies all the time, i'd get a 1000cc and be more nimble... i hate it when the front end is always raising... the zx14 + busa will raise, but due to their added weight + longer wheelbase, it doesn;t do it as bad... you have to instigate it. Plus, you get more confort from these vs 1liter bikes.

i know a bit more about the zx14 than the busa.
what are the most common 4-1 exhausts that ppl are using on the busa, and what kind of power is that given them w/ the pc3 ?

Hayabusa > zx14 in looks... Plus you got the jacket... Like you said performance is like splitting hairs.. As for visibility at night, brighter bulbs are an option... Plus there are TONs of mods for a Busa vs the zx14...
Note: The 2009 White Busa looks sick.
