I am asking this, due to cabin fever with all of the snow, I have been looking on ebay at the cars for sale.

I was surprised that the entry level exotics are all around 500 hp. I am also thinking the used ones that are attainable if you don't make the mortgage payment are somewhat reasonablly priced.

I want comment yet which one I am most impressed with, yet.

My vote goes for Z06. It's got the LS7, so power adders are readily availiable...and probably cheaper. Plus the exotic are probably a NIGHTMARE to insure. If some jerk bumps into a Ferrari or Lambo in the Wal-Mart parking lot get ready to pay out the ass to have it fixed!

Gallardo and F360.

All 4 of those are image cars, so why not get the best image?

If you set the Viper and Z06 on fire and then parked them next to the Lambo/Ferrarri, they still wouldn't be noticed.

True, I guess it also depends on the car's intended use. You couldn't daily drive those cars aside from the ZO6.

i'd go with the 360... i'd rather have the modena than the f360 though... the gallardo to me isn't a true lambo due to not having the trade mark doors... the new viper looks like a cheese wedge with down syndrom... the last body style of vipre is far more exotic looking... the z06 is seen at least 1 time a week in my area...

woudnt touch the Italian cars .. Way to big a headache to keep up and running ,and maintenance = BIG $$$$... Id go with Viper just because I dont see hardly any at all and V10 just has a killer coolness value ...

Yep, when I had the trans am... I use to play with all the Zo6's around here. there's about 3 C5's I see a few times a week and one C6. I took my beating like a man, both of us drivers luaghed, lol.

money/insurance = noissue? gallardo, in anycolor but black, probably blue

f360: 2nd choice, ferraris are what an old rich man gets, lambos are what the rich young guys get. would have to be red with buckskin interior

3rd: z06, the zr1 would better fit for this list, and would be my #1, but because its not here, the z06 is my 3rd choice. color: whatever the rarest color is.

4th viper: the roof bubbles for a helmet look wierd, few mods and the z06 is faster. interior sucks, the design will be out of date soon, red w/ black stripes.

redneck sports car, whatever. Vette is one you wouldn't be afraid to use for its intended purpose on the track out of the choices. Vipers are cool, but their a/c sucks and v10's don't sound anywhere near as good

Next choice would be lambo gallardo, I would consider the porsche 911 turbo also. Any thing except the z06, it's an amazing car but to common.

z06....for all the reasons stated above. btw a friend of mine is a wholesaler and he just bought a 94 Viper RT/10 red with lime green racing stripes.he said he got a deal,i think he'll have a hard time selling it with the stripes,i mean,i know Vipers are for extroverts,but damn, lime green stripes?
