(XBOX 360) New dash board

It lauched today, so what do you guys think? Going to take some getting use to but I kind of dig it.

I like it so far easy to navigate all though it does have the sort of Wii feeling......does anyone else's dashboard keep freezing occasionally with the new update? or is it just mine?

i kinda don't like it. it's not as easy as the old one to navigate through. an yea it looks like Wii but better

damn gotta wait till friday and drive 100 miles to get to my xbox so ill check it out then do ya guys play COD 4 if yes give up ya gamertags

Mines not updated but my friends already have noted it freezes OFTEN, so thats one critical bug already. other than that it appears alright ill be checking it out tomo afternoon.

its all right, i wish they would have improved the streaming to the PC ability, there are a bunch of my vids and stuff that wont play on the x360 but will play on my ps3

They're totally copying the Wii, and it freezes like a mofo. The renting movies feature is pretty cool tho.

Havent had any problems with it yet. I really like the fact it that you can 'install' the games onto your HDD now. While playing Gears2 now, I rarely hear the drive spin up.

Also it froze no less than 2 minutes after the install... wtf

Need to be careful with the downloads. I read some games wont work like HALO 3, go figure.

Oh and regarding NetFlix, no moives by Columbia Pictures will be availble to Xbox users. Sony owns Columbia and won't release the rights to microsoft. But if you have a standard netfilx account you can get all those movies. Kind of a dick move on Playstation's part

i like it great feel, and fast navigation.

Also I uploaded Oblivion to the HD, the game loads faster and barely ever reads the cd rom

Call me stupid... but does that involve Xbox live? I have custody of a 360 that I play.. but don't have it hooked up to a network currently... do I need to pay for a subscription for something?
