Rare Bugatti Veyron for sale in Jonesboro for $1.25 million

JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) — For sale in Jonesboro a silver, 2006 Bugatti Veyron. It has one previous owner and just 500 driven miles.

The asking price is $1.25 million.

Elite Autos owner Shelby Smith says he already has two prospective buyers.

The Bugatti is one of only 200 ever made and one of only about 15 in the United States.

The car can reach a top speed of 253 miles per hour, but would run out of gas in 12 minutes and would wear out the tires in 15 minutes.

Smith declined to identify the potential buyers other than to say one is from Little Rock and one is from Texas.

I've been to jonesboro.....a bunch of times. I know a few people that still live there too. Jonesboro is known for it's multitude of supercar owners. Most either own a Bugatti or Ferrari Enzo.

This car is that rare? My moms old boss had one, he gave me a ride in it... I did not know it was that rare, I thought it was overpriced.

Yes, her old boss was a trust fund baby, we think... But he had a number of exotic cars.
