Not exactly sure what you are asking, but you can open a new PP show for each "theme" and then copy and paste the individual slides into a sepearte show.

dammit I knew all this shyt when I was in college. Tried to check, but I don't have powerpoint in the home PC ... doh! If you still haven't found the answer by monday, I can check on my work PC. ... OR ... computertraining.com ... lol
