    Who has used Bowflex/Bowflex Revolution

The Bowflex Revolution looks amazing (should for the price). I am very dedicated to working out and as soon as I can find a used one, I plan on buying one. I know it is quite different than the original style Bowflex, but for people that have used this companys product, how happy were you with the results?

There is running joke on Bodybuilding.com that "squats are for men and the bowflex is for fags".

The best thing to do is join a gym and make a dedicated effort to go there imo.

Over 90% of home gym equipment is used for a dirty laundry hanger after the first week of purchasing.

I totally agree, many people buy equipment with the intention that they will work out, but that usually lasts for a month. So I hope to get one that way. I have no need to join a gym because my dad is a bodybuilder so we have a weight room/tanning bed downstairs. I like free weights alot but after doing much research, the Revolution greatly increases tendon strength since it is a different type of resistance.

yeah the bowflex is great i used to work out 3-4 hours a day when i was in high school. i am 185 pounds and would lift 245 bench and 355 squat. i could not get the burring sensation like i used to even when on the juice. i went to my friends house and worked out on his bow flex and wow i was soo sore the next day!! my advice is to switch off every 3 months. free weights the resistance and you will be very happy!
