Red face What's a good smoothie maker?

Other half is hell bent on wasting money on a smoothie maker. Good ol' blender ain't good enough for her.

So are there any decent ones out there? No more than about $40. At least, she is only blowing one of the gift cards her work gives out every couple months.

Dont know if you can find one for 40. My soon to be ex-wife's friend has one that is like the jamba juice ones. Thing is bad ass but SUPER expensive.

I always just use the blender. Works just fine even with frozen fruit, ice, etc.

Same with me & the last time she tried making one she got all pissed b/c it wasn't chopping up her fruit. Well, lady, you need to put the yogurt & milk in there with it!

I would go with the one that plugs into the wall and blends shit. If you cant decide, just get the one with the most powerful motor. (Isnt that always the right answer? )
