What would John Denver do?
I need to know. Should I pack my shit in the a.m. and head for Spaz's party on my bike, or should I say piss on it , stay home and not do anything, but save some cash? Approximately 215 miles one way, the weather there is calling for rain and scattered thunderstorms all day with a 60% chance of precipitation, I have to sleep outdoors with no tent or sleeping bag and no other body to cover me up in case of bad weather. I've attached some examples..
John Denver:
My Bike:
Cash (Yes, ones are all I have):
Bad Weather:

Not entirely, if the required Burnout is performed, getting home would be interesting.

Oh I know for sure that I can do it, I'm just unsure if I want to or not. I'm going to Canada next weekend, and Selinsgrove PA for a dirt track race the weekend after, then I think I have a weekend off then the last weekend of August I'm going to a summer bash in Mt Union PA. 10$ ticket for 8 hours worth of drawings. Every 5 minutes for 8 hours they draw a prize, most of which are rifles, however there are some other odds and ends thrown in the mix.

Yeah, I know, its only weekends, but after working all day I don't do a fuckin' thing when I get home. Cash is tight right now so it puts on a bit of an extra squeeze. If my stupid firebird and ranger would sell I'd be alright.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Fly an experimental airplane and then crash and burn. Not a good example to follow IMO.

I've ridden in the rain plenty of times. Went to Lake George last june and it rained all day each of the 4 days we were there, when we left for home it was only 39 degrees and raining. Talk about miserable. I don't ride in rain if I don't have to, and today, I don't have to.
