What software to use for photo editing?
First of all. Thanks for your replys and help!!
I need some recommendations as to which photo editing software I need to manipulate my photos. I would like to keep the price below $100.00 or so. Also my laptop runs Vista and my desktop runs on Xp. Thanks, Jimmy
