Ok the first time I heard of the mustang guys ripping out there Ford crapbox engines and throwing LSXs in them I thought it was kinda funny since they finally realized our engines are lighter, stronger and more powerful but now that it is becoming so common it is kinda getting on my nerves. Last thing I wanna do is go out and get smoked by a mustang guy who ends up talking shit and I never would know he was running a 402 stroker LSX block. This came about because I am watching something about the Heretic Mustang which is a twin turbo LSX engine car. If someone wants to buy a mustang then more power to them but play the game and beat us with your own damn engine!

i found them neat at first but now its annoying. i think there should be ford engines in ford cars and gm engines in gm cars. theres more then enough parts to make a ford engine have more power then the owner can handle. same with a gm car and an lsx engine. maybe they are jus trying to hint at ford to make some pushrod v8s again, who knows?

well, that might be kinda fun, I have spent hours tearin into those damn cop cars and have allows kinda wanted a newer one to tear around on the back roads with. check out www.purplewave.com its an auction site where most stuff is located in kansas and a lot of counties liquidated their patrol cars on there and they go real cheap, but you have to pick up no delivery.

I think the fact that the LSX motors are being swapped into other makes says a lot about the engine GM built. It's an incredible engine that really has no competition right now as far as performance and durability. I just wished the general would give us something decent to put it in.
