The company also faces a series of wrongful death and injury lawsuits from crashes linked to accelerator problems.
Ohh what a feeling ,Toyota !!
was looking for the clip from the Hudsucker Proxy where the guy jumped into the window to break it and commit suicide but just hit it and slid down ...

I think they're stalling and may need to replace whole electronics systems. In that case they are bent over with no lube

I trade stocks and watch Toyota (TM).
This suit has no merit whatsoever.
The stock only declined from 90 to 70, and has since made people like me money from here out as it climbs back. Its not like they left their shareholders holding the bag like GM. Bankruptcy!!
You want to see a stock fail? Try Medivation Inc (MDVN). They have no revenue, and were banking everything on drug they were working on to slow Alzheimer's disease. The preliminary tests failed.
Why is a stock with NO REVENUE even allowed to trade based on a drug development idea? Wall Street is a shrewd place. This Toyota deal?
MDVN just a few weeks ago:
-From $40 to $12 in one hour!!
