i recentlly bought a 94 formula for the motor and tranny that had been wrecked off a friend of a friend who needed some help financially, any way the car was totaled, after i got it home i decided itd be better better fixed than go though the trouble of gutting it, so when i went after the title he informed me that there was a lean against the car and the title is at the lawyers office, he said he would work with me on getting it, so is it possiable to file a lost title against it. or are there other options besides paying the lean.
