Ok...bare with me on this one...and yes I'm completely serious...why I come up with this thread u ask??? well......

I went to the dentist yesterday...and while I was waiting for my name to be called one of the pacients comes out of some room into the waiting room...waiting for her is her 192 year old husband that can barely walk and is dragging an oxygen tank. This is what they said:

Old Lady: "I'm sorry I took so long dear, the doctor was explaining something to me."

Old Guy: **while breathing into his mask** "its okay sugar, thats how it goes"

Old Lady: "You're as cute as the first day I met you"

** I interrupt **

Gay Cop: "When was that?"

Old Lady: "ohh....62 years ago"

So my point is, I dont know if its the lack of morals in todays society that we dont see this anymore...or that true love is just something u rarely see......

Both my sets of grandparents have clipped 60 years of marriage.

Times are MUCH different now.

yea...it seems like someone gets married and the next day theyre divorced....shit doesnt work out in life...thats why ure supposed to do everything u can to fix it.

Idk...i was raised and told that if I ever married a girl, it was gonna be for the rest of my life...

i'd say yes... with out that we have nothing left to live for... there would be no point in exsisting... even animals know love... i've seen a rabbit on the side of the road sitting there next to another rabbit that was hit by a car... the rabbit didn't move as car went past it... i walked right up to it to see if it would run and it didn't... it sat there for 5 days untill it to died...

i think their could be such thing as true love, but its the outside influences that inhibit peoples judgements or change their minds on things, start the fights and contribute to people not loving each other anymore. i think times are jus more complicated these days.

and it's weird because i know my grandparents raised my mom better than to steal from my dad...people change in life

+1 on that....although, e.i. I cant see me and my gf fighting, we just dont. But everyone I see around me has fuckin problems....
