I wish I could have railed a few of my teachers when I was 16.. I don't see the big deal about this..

At 16 I would have had the time of my life doing this teacher even as a virgin.. Lucky kid is what I think, not so lucky to knock her up though..

He's probably still high fiving his friends at school while she is pregnant and behind bars..

She is ruined - Career finished, felony record, jail time and huge fines, tarnished name for life, and an illegitimate baby to deal with now too..... Ooooooopppss!!!!

The kid was only 16. Pedobear has never professed a gender. Maybe a she.

While it is an entertaining fantasy to think of nailing one of your hot teachers from school, the reality is extremely illegal and the teacher either has obvious mental issues or is as dumb as a bag of hammers. The teacher is fully to blame as she is the supposed adult and made the decision. Therefore she faces the full repercussions of her actions.

What part of rational thought told her this would turn out good?

I will tell you what happened. The dumbass kid got scared when he found out that she was preggo and then he cries like he was the victim. Absolute BS IMO. Now this lady is ruined because this clown got his little willy wet a few times and decided to get cold feet. Thanks to him we have to pay for her either by her holding up our legal system over this shit or if she gets sentenced to jailtime in that way. I say hold the 16 y/o responsible as well as her.

Yeah if a 16 year old can be considered to have committed the adult act of murder and be held and tried as an adult, why can't a 16 year old be considered an adult in this situation? Why is he automatically a child in this situation?

Agree, a somewhat simular situation happened recently with a good friend of mines dad. He is a shrink, he had a patient and after her 10 months her court order was over and he start seeing her personally. They had a kinda friends with benefits relationship for a year and after he told her he wanted to end it she got very mad. Went public and told everyone he took advantage of her while she was his patient. Now he lost his buisness, his clients and those 10 years he spent in school are out the window. Oh yeah and he also faces up to 25 years for having sexual relations with a client.
