    sun visor

On the way to work today my passenger side sun visor just fell off. I dont even use it.........ever. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix it. It looks like the 90 degree fitting that inserts just wore off the lip that holds it in. Thanks in advance

Check the for sale section. People are parting out cars all the time so you shouldn't have too hard of a time finding a replacement.

Good idea Sass, thanks. I'll check it out tonight, maybe it's fixable.

I'm sure it is but if you post some picks so we can see exactly how it's broken we can give you more feedback.

OK folks, it's fixed and fully functional. The spring tension just wears off the cheap pot metal flare, so I used a flat washer to mate up with the spring, on top of that I used a small diameter lock washer, then a self tapping sheet metal screw with a hex head. It worked just right, problem fixed. Now if I could fix those door panel cracks..........
