Sounds like these retards need to be put in jail for throwing their names on a video showing them doing anything illegal.
"Hey! Lets make a video of us beating up some guy"
"Alright! Cool!"
"Don't forget to put our names in the credits!"

Yea I've heard of that happening. The only way they can convict you is if they can see you driving the car, the tag of the car and the actual street you racing on, which I guess the idiots did. Other than that it would be hard to convict you, I talk to my father (who is a cop) about it.
A friend of mine did that, but at the begining of the video they put a disclaimer the the video was digitaly made and there was no actual street racing04 Silverado SS - CAI, Pacestter long tubes, Magnaflow x-pipe, flow-pro dual in/out, pcmforless tune 150wetshot, elect fans

I've always found those disclaimers to be funny. I doubt they'd actually hold up in court.

In August, University of Manitoba law Prof. David Deutscher said the Internet video may not be admissible as evidence in court.
"The usual test for the admission of photo or video evidence is that you have to have someone there that says, 'This video accurately depicts what took place,'" he said.
I wonder what would happen if someone put a video of someone being murdered online with the person fully visable, their name, and a full confession, would that be admissable in Canadian court as evidence? Or would that not be allowed to? Got to love liberal laws.
