IIRC the rule of "pics" was enacted because of long tear sobbing threads from weak bleeding emo's bitching about how hot woman X was and never showing proof. So the rule was installed to keep such emo crap down and also give some well deserve thread bans that led to more hilarious post because the OP was no longer allowed to post in his thread but still get updates....win, win....


Now I'm not saying your last thread was in the above category of emo bitching, I wasn't. It mostly came from that very thread you posted above.
