    start up question

    i have a 97 383 stroker, all new optispark, wires, and coil. starter in good shape and new battery. when i start it up cold it takes a while for it to start but when i do it warm it starts right up. and i mean when i start it cold i have to crank it like 3 times. please advise

    The starter could be on the outs.

    When it goes buy a new LT4 starter motor. Smaller, still cheap, and cranks far harder than a stocker.
