Sore throat caused by vomiting?

So sometime last night or very early this morning I was throwing up pretty violently for quite a long period of time. Today my throat has been sore. Well, not so much sore as it is burning. I was wondering if this was caused by the stomach acid or I'm just getting sick from an unrelated cause.

And I've thrown up many times in my life, never experienced this after.

I'd go with it being from the vomiting. It's similar to what happens when one suffers from acid reflux

Take a couple of Advil and try some honey or throat drops. If that doesn't help, tell your b/f to let go of your ears next time so he doesn't hurt you.

Try a "Dirty Panties" shot. Half oz everclear 190, quarter ounce jack daniels, quarter ounce southern comfort. It won't make your throat feel any better, but it will make you not care anymore.
