Sooo i got hit today......

I was on the highway on the way back from school and i was minding my own buisness in my own lane and some bitch in the right hand lane of traffic thats stopped trys to pull out with my car RIGHT BESIDE HER. Needless to say

i have a giant dent behind my back door on the passenger side now.

Not only that she drives off further down the road calls it in and says that i hit and run when shes further up the road!! The cop treated me like a criminal too and by the damage on the car theres no way what she said happened happened, there are 2 long scrapes down the side where she pulled out on the car and the a giant dent behind the door where her front end made impact. Now i have to take it in tomorrow to see how much its going to take for them to fix it and how much its going to cost!!! Not to mention the cop didnt hold anyone responsible because our storys didnt match, but becasue she has DD cups and is young he believed her more then me.

fuck that shit man, i would not have let that shit slide. I would have handled my business and show that damn cop, obviously he was a dummy if he could not see it. If the damage is how you say then that is all the prove you need, it would be obvious by the damage that you were the one that was hit. I would have taken all that bitches info, if you had a camera phone, take pictures, get her companies info.

I'm happy you are okay, but i hate it when idiots get away with shit like that. The audacity of that bitch.

Bleh, first instinct tells me to say fight it, but in reality...the type of damage could've just as easily been caused by you hitting her. You're word against hers without a witness coming forward, and unfortunately, as you pointed out, she has boobies.

That's more or less how I ended up getting blamed for a head-on collision with a car going the wrong way in my lane back in Feb.

chances are your insurance companies will deem it a 50/50 accident with conflicting stories and each ins company will pay their own insured damage. Thats one of the benefits of being a cop, guy was coming around a corner all fast and came into our lane, he tried to overcorrect, hit the curb, bounced back and hit our rear bumper. We exchanged information, when we spoke to his insurance company the guy had all ready made a claim saying we were in his lane and that he had no where to go. I explained our side and the insurance guy asked if there were any cops present. I said "yes, me" Guy said, okay where do you want to take it to get fixed? Haha it was great.

Damn man hate to here. There was another guy on the triad board that got rearended also. He got hit by a unlicenced driver with no insurance.

Well i have the nice liability so if her side doesn't cough up the money im in some deep shit. BTW full coverage for me would have been close to 4k every 6 months.
