Try to find out what she does or where she goes.. Go there one night when you think/know she will be there.. Don't ask her out though, just kinda talk and get "IN".. Next 2-3 times you go to the gym just casually chat.. Then get something up with a few buddies and their girls.. Like a concert/club/etc etc etc... Invite her to go with it and say there should be tons of people there.. Whether she wants to go or not say something like "Well give me your number and I'll call the night before to remind you".. OR.. "Well if you change your mind here is my number"..
