So i got pulled over today

So this cop pulls me over today because my exhaust was to loud. then he get's me for not having my front plates, then he gets me for "modifing my emession's( because the hose that connects to my airbox was cut short and had a breather on it when i went back to stock from the K&N CAI) then he tells me that my car is illigeal right now and he told me that i have to have the state referee look at my car. then i get written up for not having my reg on me. i mean they are all correctable but damn.
The funny thing is as he is pulling my over a loud ass Harley storms on by next to us. Then he makes me open my hood like i got some major shit done to my car. then a pretty loud GT mustang drives by and im like what the fuck and he pulls me over???

almost makes you want to change your hood release location, and tell the cop your hood release is broken, and you can't get an appointment at the stealership for 3 weeks.

or just tell him fuck off, and spend a night in jail... either way.

haha. yeah. the only time that happened to me though was when I drove a 3rd gen. it was kinda funny he expected something more modified than what i had. mine looked stock under the hood but put out 340whp

i used to live in CA, but last year i went for a visit, and on Blythes outskirts a CHP wanted to give me a going away present!, I wasnt even speeding 70Mph, Borla Exhaust, he just got on the hwy and flashed his light, i was all if he's comming for me, he can f**k off!.

So i ran his ass, i was about 1/4 of a mile to Arizona, so i downshifted and took my ass off, He got on the PA and was telling me, you better pullover.. NOW!! As soon as i passed the sign there was no sign of him.

so i was good an clear. i would like to do it again sometime.

It's a $18 fine here for not having the front plate. I've been pulled over twice for it and only given a ticket once. I may just put it back on though because it gives them an excuse to pull me over.

They've never asked about my exhaust thankfully.

I'm also glad I don't live in SoCal anymore. I couldn't do to the car what I've got done if I still lived in LA. I'd get busted for sure.

Makes me looove Oklahoma even more. No front plate issues, non-enforced emissions, no state inspection. Ahhh, the good life for us car builders here in the OK. And some damn good fishing and hunting too.
