Sara got some good news....
While I was gone last week, she had a PET scan and an MRI.
This is from Julie....what she sent out to the family.
Hello Everyone!
We owe all of you a big thank you for all the well wishes, healthy vibes, and prayers you have sent Sara's way!!!
Yesterday we went and found out the results of Sara's scans we did last week, and I am happy to report that her tumors show NO SIGNIFICANT GROWTH at this time!! Woohoo!!!! The PET scan also showed that none of her tumors have turned malignant, and the tumor in her abdomen has NOT invaded her spinal column (which is rare for her type of case, and VERY good news)!! Her brain, heart, and lungs (and all her upper chest) all show they continue to be clear of the tumors.
The only bad news we recieved was that her left kidney is doing worse and is more swollen, even with her tube in place. But we have known since we discovered the kidney issues that we were fighting a losing battle there and the kidney would eventually have to be removed, it was only a matter of time. So overall, I am not that concerned about the news of the kidney.
So keep those prayers and good thoughts coming; its working!!!!!!!
Wishing you a very good week!
We have a goal to have her walking (or at least standing) by X-Mas. We'll see.
Thanks to everyone that has ever sent a prayer or wished her well!!!
Couple new pics!
And bedtime...

Yes it is!!
I was out taking a walk with her a few weeks ago, and some random lady stopped me and asked about her foot. Stopped and talked with her for 15 minutes or so. Amazing the healing power people can hold....just with prayers.
Anyways, it has happened several times to me. Sara has apparently been the subject of several prayer groups...and I don't know any of those praying for her. Touching really.
