None of this hypothetical stuff. Here is the deal then I gotta go to the courthouse.
My buddy owns a ranch just about a mile from me. He is into oil in a big way. Has one big ass mansion he/wife and two kids live in. Has a Hummer/F350/66 Cobra......4 dipshits from the local highschool broke into his house by jumping on the roof, breaking out a bedroom window....they stole all the liquor .....found one of the kids money stash of about $500 bucks.....then went about trashing the house....busted out a window on the Cobra....keyed the Hummer and left. About $5000 dollars of damage. Of course one of the kids couldn't keep his mouth shut and that led to the arrest and confession of all all four of them. They all confessed and today at 1pm is the sentencing. These are 16 year old boys. So me and my buddy are going to see what the judge does to em......I'll let you know what the judge does later when I get back.
Any guesses? By the way...my buddy played offensive tackle for SMU in the 70's.....I think those boys should be in a room with his big ass for twenty minutes...alone

What do you think they'll get? Juvenile Hall? Probation? Community Service? Pay all the money for damages? I'm really curious myself...................

they probably wont get nearly what they deserve, that would be my guess

well first off them little shits won't pay anything... thier parents will... they will get community servie... possible probation.... of course it will teach them nothing at all... what they need is a good old fashioned ass kicking... i mean a good one to...

Juvi maybe, but i can see probation/community service and a fine or having to pay for the damages...

personally, i like the idea of them alone in the room with your neighbor...

depedns if any of them have prior offenses or not but my guess would be if its first offense tehy will get probation maybe CS

I say they get kicked in the nuts for keying the car, have to give the family their money and possesions back, plus another $1000. Then make them learn how to paint and re-paint his hummer in a nice pearl blue, or black.

Yesterday my friend's tail light got kicked out by some jack ass kid, He got a night in jail, thats it.

wow... i think the should just euthenize them now, to stop a life of cirme..who cares if they actually turn out to be normal ppl, ppl dont deserve second chances if theyre stupid enough to do something like that...i could understand stealing money but having to fuck up his house...man...
