PT Cruisers and Flame jobs

Now I know you have entered this thread because you have this desire ( as I do ) to express how bad you hate seeing flames on a PT cruiser.

I just cant help it, the sight of one just makes me mad. They should be #1 on the doushe baggery cars of all time, after all it is on a neon platform.

Is it just me or are they everywhere.

I can't get over the fact that there are car-clubs for the damn things, granted, there's a club out there for just about anything. Think of something and google it, you'll get something I'm sure.

some dude in a woody eddition PT snoozer tryed to race me... i stayed even with him just to mess with him... then i yelled out my passenger window "do you want to race?" as loud as i could... he couldn't hear me... so i took off and left him behind... i get up to a light and the guy is there saying "haha! i all most took you car..." i laughed... he did have one hell of a nice stereo in the thing though... but that is all i'll give him... dumb guy thought i was actually trying....

i think we can alll pretty much jus use this thread as an anger release considering that its more then likely perfectly exceptable to totally tee off on the incrediblly fantastic piece of shit and embarrassment of american engineering the Pt Loser is. I hate that car not only because of the way it looks, performs and drives, the interior is awful and uncomfortable, it isnt reliable and I've had the misfortune of having to do underhood work on one in the name of a power steering pump that was such a whore i still curse about it on occasion.

Yeah, when I worked on cars, I saw these things in the shop at 40K miles with a leaking w/p and or cam seal. The timing belt on these things suck!! The body style just doesnt allow for service. 40K miles is a pathetic amount of miles on a car to see one in a shop with a $700-$1200 service bill.
