Property Managers
I'm going to be moving...and I'm going to have to hire one for the house I own. Anyone got any advice or experience w/ 'em? I'm pretty much flying blind on this...so any help would be greatly appreciated!
thanks

I haven't personally done it, but I hear it's a great thing to have.

Pewter- 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6
We use one for the town house that we rent out. They take care of everything for us. They handle any issues with the house. Makesure HoA payments are made on time and so forth. They send us a statement once a month of all the fees and payments made and thats the most interaction we usually have with them.
