why did you guys put on instant email notifactions when posted in the tech forums.
it a pain in the ass getting a shitload of emails when you forget to put on no email notification

click on the link "user cp"

click on the link "edit options"

scroll down to the box that says "messaging and notification" > "Default Thread Subscription Mode"

select "do not subscribe" from the drop down.

Same damn thing happening to me!! I've changed my options like 20 times today, but I'm STILL getting emails all the time. I thought it was my isp or something. Glad I'm not the only one! And yes, it is a HUGE pain in the ass.
