Powerful Beyond Measure (how great are you?)

Around 7 or 8 months ago I told you all that I would not back down. That I would not quit. That I would not rest until I aced the FDNY phsyical exam. That I would not look back on my life and ever say that the test beat me.

I still hold this fact to be true.

I still work toward that goal every day and today I set out a goal for all of you. Those of you that live in the north east i challenge you to take on this goal by my side.



On July 14th I, along with several colleagues, will challenge ourselves in the Spartan Race on Blue Mountain, PA.

It's hard, it's unpredictable, you will get hurt and I'd love to see you there.
