It's fake. It has to be. Cops never fire just one or two shots into a target, lower their weapons, and casually walk up to a downed target like it's no big deal. Moreover, I'm no cop, but if there's a threat in front of me at that close of range with a rifle, unless he drops it instantly, I'm unloading.

Of course it ain't real. The camera man would have to be awefully brave to stand there and film that. I mean, the dude had an assault rifle. Would somebody be stupid enuff to stay there and film that, in case it was a real volitile situation? I think not.

For one thing, they wouldnt do a training video in the middle of a neighborhood, for another the "suspect" would have padding on too, because simunition sure hurts like hell.
