Wow. Pretty crazy for AL. The other day I saw this giant icicle which was on the back of a car from the bumper to the ground and several inches in diameter. It looked like if there was one on each side it would have lifted the car off the ground or kept it from moving lol. I wish I took a picture of it.

Trade you -50 windchill with a high of -23 and 18 inches of snow 60 mph winds with 3ft snow drifts with wet air due to lake effect. Made a hard few days working the rail yards in it that hurt. But cool pics to cold to notice around here.

No thanks to the guy in IL. I live in MD and seen the frozen bay 1st hand twice in my lifetime and it's cold. I couldn't even imagine how it feels up there in Chicago.

    Sadly now demodded :(

Today it's going to be a balmy 72* with 55% humidity and winds at 7 mph followed by an overnight low of 48* in San Diego...

Thinks that's bad try northern WI, MN, MI. All were -75 to -80 with the wind. HOLY BALLS

During spring, summer, fall I really consider finding a job up in north WI and moving there. Then winter comes and I stay in the southern end of the state.

Plus when you translate San Diego to english you get "A whale's vagina" and no one wants to live in a whale's vagina.

    Gentlemen:

While I'm a Los Angeles native I did live (and still have a house) in Tempe, AZ, for the better part of 10 years and I hope to return one day.

Although I did have to demod the car to comply with the smog Nazi's here (god thing I kept all of the parts) my car was quite modded with bolt ons prior to the move.

    Sig included with this post...
    67 Camaro: K-K + 797-z (look it up), 454/Th400/4.10 12-bolt = 6mpg, PS/PDB/PW tilt, tach, gauges...

2005 Corvette LS2/M6 Magnetic Red Metallic (What else would it be?) w/ Cashmere interior

    2002 Z28: NBM/Tan, MTI smooth lid, smooth bellows, !AIR, !cats, 1-3/4" QTP SS LT's, 2-1/2" TD's with X-pipe, MagnaFlows dumped at axle, custom welded SFC's, MidWest Chassis body mount adjustable T/A, 3400 stall, 3.23 gears (was 2.73). Tuned: 343rwhp/357rwt (before TD's). Best: 12.559 @ 108+, 1.73 60' @ 3500' DA w/MT ET Street DR's.

Have worked up north to would rather work WI,MN during the winter the air down around the southern part of Lake Michigan is a bone chilling wetness. Been up in Lacrosse, WI. when -50 below was not to bad the air was at least dry and didn't eat into you.

Either way about ready to say screw this snow crap and transfer south.

I live about a block and a half away from lake MI and my family has propety close to the Northern MI border. No Idea what you are on about. I will take -20 to -45 with the wind over -80 with the wind anyday. The lake also keeps the air warmer in the winter.
