    Post The Pick Up Artist

Anyone been watching this show? I watched the first one, so I am going to watch the second one.

Watching these twerps reminds me of myself, even today. All of them strike out in a way that I have when trying to strike up a conversation with women or just a group of people.

Some of his tactics work I would say, but to constantly stop at a group of girls and ask a question as a means to start conversation sounds tedious to me and downright exhausting. If it works, it works, but I wonder if I have the patience to do it until rejection is no longer something to fear.

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

when i was single, i noticed the best way to "start up conversations" was to put yourself in the position where you'd find people with like-minded interests. Not a bar/club, but a professional "networking meeting" as they are typically described. People kinda hang their egos at the door as it's understood everyone is there to mingle and socialize-and it's expected to butt-into everyone's conversation. Not to mention, it's nice to chat up girl with intelligence when there's not 10,000Db of music in the background.

That guy looks and acts like a total homo. I think he's pretty lame.
