Anyone seen this movie? It sucks that it's only on a limited release but damn it looks creepy.

Havent seen it yet, but im downloading it now, and have been reading about it all day. I would really like to see it with the original ending, not the one with the current version of the film. Just reading it gave me the creeps.

That trailer made me hate those people. I hate idiots scared by movies like that. The only thing that scares me anymore at movies is a loud noise out of no where or an insane fast camera change. Other than that I find horror movies boring.

Have you read anything about this movie, or are you just going by the shots of the audience in the theater? Read the reviews on this one before reaching any conclusions.

Same here. All 'scary' movies are predictable. All of them.

Yep, they are, so its rare to find one that takes that formula, and uses it properly.

Does it live up to the hype? No, not even close. Was it good? Yes, it was good but that's being generous. It's worth a watch but I would wait until wide release or DVD release. Was it scary? There were two scenes that were creepy and eerie but nothing over the top terrifying. The first 45 minutes was beyond boredom. Thank God there was some comedy or I would have been asleep. Over an hour into the movie I was actually getting frustrated at how boring and dull it was. Finally it picks up. I think to myself, here we go, now it's going to get going on. 15 minutes later, the movie ends.

I do not understand the hype and praise this has received. It was a decent movie, definitely worth a watch but scariest movie of all time.....get real. It was very realistic and quite believable I'll give it that but the scares were extremely weak. And the actress won an award? I thought her acting was mediocre at best although the husband was a great actor and hilarious.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE

Now go read every other review on the imdb page this one came from. Make your own conclusions. Im just saying dont overlook this one yet.

What I read it was the next best horror flick since the exorcist... but was a low budget film and such like Blair Witch. I think they said it was made in 7 days for like 11k. I think it'sin the Pitt area... so I'll probally go watch it soon.

just saw it tonight, if paranormal activity like the usual stuff you find on youtube creep you out then you'll dig this. I think it was way better than blair witch. Good flick!
