Official TRANSFORMERS Thread

I took my family to see this last night (I am in Guam and they actually released it a day early

) and this movie rocked!!! It lived up to and surpassed the hype in my opinion. My wife really isn't big into the whole Transformers thing, but I didn't even ask her after we left the movie and she turned to me and said "That movie was awesome!!!" The kids want to go see it again, and I have to admit that I do too.

The part where Bumblebee (the 09 Camaro) and Blockade (the Mustang) are going at it mono a mono has to be my favorite part

. I was grinning from ear to ear and think I was even drooling a bit. This film was not only a Transformers fans' movie, but also a car guys' as well as airplane/helicopter enthusiast movie (plenty of F-22s and a few A-10s and quite a few other planes like a C-130 gunship).

What did everyone else think about it?

i just got back from the midnight premier here in Detroit(where part of the movie was filmed. The part where megatron is chasing the kid through the building was shot in the abandoned Train Depot in Detroit) and all i can say is fucking incredible.

Yea dude Megan Fox is drop dead gorgeous..

The movie was just plain awesome...it's funny as hell and has great effects

but yeah, the movie is pretty fucking good. I was so right to be excited about this movie as much as, if not more than Spidey 3.
