When I get home from Iraq, we are having a ton of 4 day weekends. I plan on taking my bike to ocean city and party it up for a weekend.

ocean city is fun as shit, cruise weekends, they have a bike weekend..its a good time all around....BUT since ure in AL (im assuming) wouldnt u wanna go to FL? it just seems like a long drive to come up to OCMD but if ure coming up for bike or cruise weekend, then definitely go.

ps- cruise weekend is coming up and i have no one to stay with someone take pity on me please hahaha

the only pictures i have are of cars from cruise weekend lol... i dont have any pictures of actual OCMD. if ure in DC then u should def. check it out. get a condo with a few friends, its a seriously good time. i would say check out secrets but ure not 21

I grew up in NOVA and vacationed in OC every summer. It has grown up a lot over the years. As for if it is a fun place, I guess it depends on what you are looking for. Every square inch of the island is paved, the main drag is bumper to bumper every hour of the day and there are high rises as far as the eye can see. The beach is crowded and there are drunks everywhere. When I was in High School and college, I loved it. For a family, I would recommend going to the NC Outer Banks. For a young single guy, OC is certainly a place where you can get into a lot of trouble. Anything and everything you could possible want is there (legal and inllegal). I have a ocean front condo in OC, but take the family to the Outer Banks now. Not a good scene for kids.
