I just read an article on the dangers of heavy drinking....Scared the Crap out of Me..So that it for Me,after today, No More Reading !!!!

it's too hard to quit all at once. you need to modify your routine, recognize the times when it's just a habit, not because you really want to. probably should take a hard look at the type of people you hang out with. resist going along with the crowd just to be cool, and look smart.
