Netflix Class action

Anyone else get this letter in the mail about a class action suit? Looks like it's against netflix and wal-mart...seems legit even though the claim is retarded. Site about the suit that was in the letter ------> https://onlinedvdclass.com

They do ask for the last 4 of your social...can they do anything with that if it's a scam?

I got the letter and I'm not even going to deal with it. I dropped the DVD by mail option and they lost money with me and if the streaming doesn't improve I may drop them altogether. The bottom line is they got greedy and lost a ton of customers over it.

I threw my letter out. I figure it will be like the ebay class action where they send me 28 cents 5 yrs from now.

class actions are lame. I got the letter and trashed it too. Best case scenario, you get about $6. Not really even worth the time to fill out the paper work.

Ditto, I am not using mine enough to warrant $8/month. Piss poor decision by Netflix to separate them.

If they had EVERY movie streaming then it would be COMPLETELY worth it. I havent gotten anything in the mail though
