Artic White- 2001 Camaro SS
Need help. Possible lemon law. ?'s inside----->
I will try to make this as short as possible.
Back in June I bought a 07 Chrysler Pacifica. After a few hindres miles I noticed that when it shifted sometimes it felt like going over a rumble strip on the highway for a few seconds. Over the next few hundred miles it got worse. I brought it in and they said there was a tech. buletin, and they had to reprogram the computer that controld the transmission. As soon as I picked it up no fewer than 2 minutes it started to do it again, WAY worse than before. I brought it back again. This is 2 weeks ago and it is still not fixed, and I called yesterday and the guy said that there is a "extended" back order for the part I need, which is a torque converter. He went on to say it could be as much as 4 weeks or more!!! The only good news is that they gave me a free loaner. I think this is total bullshit. Do I have any legal grounds here(lemon law)? Thanks for all the help. and thanks for reading this shit!

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
IDK, but I think the problem has to be "unresolvable" or something like that before it becomes a lemon law car.

I've heard it has to be the same problem at least 3 times. You can complain to the dealership owner or management and see if they'll give you a different one. I've heard of a few dealers around my town that have done that.
