He hasn't been racing that long. The France family BUILT NASCAR. Names like Petty, Earnhardt, Johnson, Parsons, Yarborough...THOSE names are practically etched in stone.

More than likely, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin, Geoff Bodine, Ricky Rudd, Harry Gant, and many others will make the list.

Yarborough and Allison made nascar what it is today with their televised fight. There are a lot of forgotten people that should make it in before any of the current drivers make it. Alan Kulwiki is one that comes to mind for the polish victory lap. Davey Allison is another. Darrell Waltrip should make it in before any of the current drivers do.

i was in the National Guards

with BODINE in Corning , NY and worked in the maintenence department with him--that was a couple years ago-lol

I remember you telling us this before and I asked if he wrecked anything when he was there.

I just picture everyone pulling into their parking spaces for work and his car being all smashed up from the drive in.

never saw him wreck anything--he did own a new shiney yellow Daytona Superbird--sweeeet ride

use to race super stock on dirt and had a kid that the owner told him to go back out and hit the ambulance because it was the only thing he didnt hit while racing---lol
