    Good list so far.

He hasn't been racing that long. The France family BUILT NASCAR. Names like Petty, Earnhardt, Johnson, Parsons, Yarborough...THOSE names are practically etched in stone.

    Someday

I respect all those men. Amazing drivers and people

As long as Gordon never makes it to the list I'll be a happy camper.

More than likely, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin, Geoff Bodine, Ricky Rudd, Harry Gant, and many others will make the list.

Yarborough and Allison made nascar what it is today with their televised fight. There are a lot of forgotten people that should make it in before any of the current drivers make it. Alan Kulwiki is one that comes to mind for the polish victory lap. Davey Allison is another. Darrell Waltrip should make it in before any of the current drivers do.

That is SO I completely agree; its easy to forget the legacies when we are all caught up in the now.

I remember you telling us this before and I asked if he wrecked anything when he was there. I just picture everyone pulling into their parking spaces for work and his car being all smashed up from the drive in.
