And yes GTP and Zapper, he is Gangster
California King Snake....about a year old and a big boy at 19inches can't wait to feed him some rattlesnake
Wouldn't do that because of the dangers to the snake┌∩┐(◕_◕)┌∩┐

Nice
I caught one in my neighbors yard last week. She freaked out and wanted me to kill it. She was screaming and trying to hit him with a stick He was about 3' long I'd say, really pretty, and super pissed off I took the stick and guided him to the corner of the yard. Grabbed him and had my husband take him down the canyon and let him go there.
We have a lot of rattlers around here lately. Babies. I tried to explain that keeping him around would be beneficial since I had to kill a rattler for her a few months ago. But, she is afraid of snakes and wanted him gone. So, he went for a ride

They are lucky to find their way into one of my traps. If I don't get them first, the dogs or cat will and then it's lights out

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
Ive had my fair share of closeups with Diamondbacks. They liked the shade of our survey equipment in Arizona. Needless to say they get pissed real easy-like, and it made me want to piss real easy-like. You never really get over that sound...especially when you are hours away from real civilization.
Could have used a couple of those king snakes then to distract them.

I keep an eye out because of my dogs. Chloe has no fear and she thinks everything is prey. Even Racoons twice her size I have no doubt she'd go after a rattler. She catches lizards with ease and they are fast as hell. So, when we see a rattler in our yard, it's done for. No rides given. Off with their heads
