my neighbor wants me

I was hanging out with my neighbors and roommate a couple of weeks ago having a few drinks. I’m the only one with a “big boy” job as they like to call it so when they wanted to move the party to the neighborhood bar at 1:30 I decided to head up to bed since I had to be at work at 9 the next morning.

When I wake up I have a text from my roommate saying that our neighbor wants to fuck me. Subsequently she has spent the night at my place once and I have spent the night at her place once but we haven’t had sex yet.

Before you call me a pussy for not having fucked her yet, I am still trying to figure out the situation. I know that she has seen a few “regulars” coming out of my place in the morning and I know that she is currently seeing a couple of guys.

I want to have sex with her but I don’t want that to mess up the arrangements I have with my other “lady friends” since it is possible that she might let it slip when they are around and since none of the other girls specifically know that I am sleeping with other women I wouldn’t want that to happen. On the other hand, given that the neighbor does know what’s up and is still interested I might have nothing to worry about.

What would you do?

It depends if the girls you are with are better looking and good in bed compared to her.

You should get your roommate to find out if she wants a seriously relationship or just a friend with benefits, since she has other guys as well.

If she isn't serious then why not....just don't make it become serious. That is the end of the fun if she becomes serious. Strap up either way and good luck!

You can decide to risk screwing up booty calls with two chicks for one that lives too cloe for comfort if you want, but her proximity adds to the risk exponentially. If she is hot beyond all belief then all bets are off but if she is just a regular decent looking chick then you might want to hold off if the other gals are dependable.

Let me put it this way... Since she is your neighbor, she won't be going away any time soon... Rake tyour time, assess the risk factors, make sure she isn't psycho or full of STDs, and prioritize the other booty callers before adding another hen to the henhouse.
