He has the "ONLY" F-Body with this kit at this time. He was the 1st to get it put on. Made 600 rwhp at 9 psi on stock bottom end, stock 10 bolt, and stock clutch Just got off the phone with him, fried his clutch after 2XXX miles which I told him was amazing it lasted that long He went with a monster clutch good to 8XX+ and 9" is coming also with another dyno tune. I told him to get those rod bolts upgraded ASAP but we will see. Tried to pick me up for a ride in it yesterday but I was sleeping FML Says it will break the tires loose around 100 + mph.....oh, he's on stock tires also 275 Goodyear F1 craps I get a ride in it within 2 weeks┌∩┐(◕_◕)┌∩┐

Pretty nuts for just S/C, Headers, Catback and injectors/tb. Nothing else done and all stock.
EDIT: Racing him for Pinks, I should murder the fuck out of him due to Traction issues He can't use 1st or 2nd while mine hooks 90%

No pink racing here, never race for pinks ever in my life, couldn't handle losing my pile of crap
I agree, too much stock shit for 600rwhp, time will tell. Packy, when I have more time, I can give you more info about his issues/price/people to watch out for and so on

Sounds good! I looked into the DRE kit and it proved to be pretty jacked up. Also the Magnacharger is not as good as everyone thinks so I am curious to find out the details with this one. It seems Centri. S/C and Turbos are the F-bodies best bet for reliable power adders.

I think he should have forged the internals first. The boost characteristics and IAT's of that type of S/C can climb a lot higher than other and they don't offer good intercooling if it even has any. That stock block is not going to like that at all. He needs a meth kit on it pronto with a 50/50 mix to keep from melting a piston or breaking a ringland.

In 92 I had a Chevy 454 I had build for my truck. It was a beast. Then some DB total my truck by T-boning it. After about 6 weeks couldn't find a truck/car that I liked to fit it into so I sold it to one of the guys in my unit. 2 weeks later he has me come to the track in Belton, Tx. He stuffed it into a 72 Nova. He runs it down the track, lifted the nose off the ground. When he comes back it sounded rough as hell. I look under the hood, he put on N2O kit. I didn't build it for N2O and told him so. He didn't care, I check his tach and it was maxed out. I told him he need to break the engine down and see what damage he did, he blows me off, takes it down for a 2nd run. I know the exact moment he hit the N20. His block split in 2-3 pieces. I was glad his check cleared 3 days before. Lesson I learn was if your going to build something like that there's a correct way of going about it, Both Packy and Luos are right

Just talked to him, 9" is in the mail. He's getting ready to order a full forged bottom end and re-sleeve the block to 427 ci I can't wait to start college so I can throw money around like this. I told him to go with a different block before spending tons on re-sleeving. He says 800+ rwhp by end of summer is the goal

Since he has some $$$ he wants to spend he can mail me some. I want a new 9" too and a LS6 crate engine will do me just fine.
