since i own a cobra, i thought to post here would be better.
2003 cobra
mods: 2.76 pulley, intake, tune, mac O/R prochamber & catback. I was on 28" ET streets! Race weight 3870lbs.

11.76@122mph w/ 1.73 60' 1/8 mile 7.5 blew the alternator and paniced, let go for a sec. and got back on it and ran slower. I was shooting for 11.5 or 11.6s

I will run 11.5 as it sits now, i just need to have trailer with me so i can launch it hard and sure cooler air is a must!

he has a pulley , intake exhaust (not even headders) and a tune..... and he runs 11.5's...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dam that thing whines, my 3800 with a 2.55 pulley doesn't whine that loud. Sounds sick!!

thanks guys! yeah with just 4 mods i am well into 11s. i love this thing. i spent like 1k to this car

about whine, yes it whines crazy. very loud!

lol j/k i would probably never go to cordova to do some track passes but if you come over, i will make sure to show up, as long as the car is running.

right now, the car is on jack stand waiting for alternator so i can put it in.

also i am doing my brakes at the same time.

from 14 sec. LT1 to 11 sec cobra. nice improvement huh??

i spent like 1000 or less to my car and running 11s. I love this thing.

like a week ago, i saw a black WS6 lowered, wide meats, deep dish tires, i seriously thought about trading my car into a black WS6. and have less payments and insurance. but then buddys said don't do it and i didn't.
i still have WS6 love in me and can't get it out

everyone i see one of those cars i can't get my eyes away from them!

I tell you what....hard to go 11's with a WS.6 for $1000.

150 shot and stickies MIGHT get you there. But then you are looking at breaking stuff.

yeah, well, maybe one day i will own one. i wan't one of those so bad but black only. i could careless other colors

i see automotiveforums.com's firebird section is not as fun as it used to be!

also i hate that red warning this under my name. i said price is too much on sales section and mods gave me warning. thank god in 5 days it is gonna be removed
