    Mixed Emotion

On the one hand I'm super excited to get my new TV on Monday. I've been using the same 32 inch CRT since 1994. On the other hand With 2k I could have pretty much went and gotten the M9 I so badly desire. How is it possible to be happy/sad at the same time.

In other news I added pics of the hawk to my FB page and the previous owners daughter immediately commented on the photos. I guess she misses the car!!

I guess it's not toooo bad. I will be putting the car away for the winter soon so it's not like i'd be driving it and if I'm a good boy I might just have the cash for the rear come summer anyway.

For those who care i got a Samsung UN46B8000

I'm sure you're gonna love it! I think Samsung is the first to get the new LED flat panels out. Congrats!

nah. M9 as in the Moser 9 inch rear. I can't wait to ditch the stock rear and panhard setup and move on up to an M9 with Watts Linkage.

I have a feeling I'll enjoy the TV. Actually edge lit LED TV's have been around since at least 2005 but obviously they were much more $$$ then. now they are reasonably priced and only 1.2 inches thick as well!!!! 5,000,000:1 contrast FTW!

    Ah ok.

Well gun or rear end, I think you'd get more gratification from the TV either way, being used more often and a probably more noticeable upgrade.

well thats just the thing.... I spend most of my life either in my office or on the train. My weekends are usually out and about and after work I try to exercise. A few hours a week with the TV at most. In contrast I put nearly 3k miles on the hawk this summer

    Edit:
Though I suppose since it's an LCD I can plug my laptop into it and rock out the wireless keyboard and mouse... then forget it. Navy Field and Star Trek Online... MMORPGs will end up being the death of me

With my luck I'd blow the ten bolt out the first day I brought it out in spring. It sounds like the tv will be used much more though

I wasn't even going to put the hawk away for the winter... then I realized. Snow... Salt... Hill... I don't want to put the car through that. Especially considering I have Geforce Sports on it, the car prob would slide down the hill as soon as the temps dropped too low. So I will be renting a garage. bout 100 a month.
