Disneyland quit allowing that along time ago. A lot of people complained. He was probably just being pushed around because he was to lazy to walk.

They've changed their policy (again after some backlash), they still let the truly disable pass however they monitor how many times a yr they come through the park now and now require the disable person to ride the ride where prior they could choose to or not. Also they will only allow one person to accompany the disable person on the ride. The rest of the party gets to go through the line. Meaning there were ppl selling their disability to get ppl through the park lines faster.

Now if you have the $$$ you can pay for a Disney escort that lets all of your party bump the lines and get's you into the shows etc. Most of the Hollyweird crowd pay this so they do not have to deal with the "serf's"
